Amusement central!

"If you don't believe in even the possibility of magic, you'll never find it."

When you save a friend's ass and she didn't even have to say why, because you figured
That's the moment when you both laugh hard..and she gets back to what it was that she got caught for
Haha. I hadn't smiled like that since a while. That feeling of just knowing, and sharing an understanding like that with someone, that yes, I have your back and I always will. It's just really reassuring. And reassurance is just what you need sometimes these days.

"It's one thing to make a picture of what a person looks like, it's another thing to make a portrait of who they are."

Sometimes, you have to choose between what you can do and what you should do!
#SuchIsLife #Unpredictability #HumanBehaviour

When you see one losing the respect that he/she anyway never really had.. you see it happening. The other person's face tells you all of it. I'm not sure what to feel, sorry or indifferent. But it doesn't work like that. The defined choices that we keep in our heads in order to see things in black and white, doesn't work well, at least for those who have the ability to look beyond the obvious.

Hypocrisy at its best
#MentalityOfTheHumansAroundUs

The times when you're left with, 'I don't even know what to say'
When you're so damn hurt, that you prefer to not even talk about it this time
You realize you'd have to be fake for once in your life
You'd have to pretend to be someone you're not, in order for less bombardment of bizzare and nonsensical questions in your face

Sometimes, the people in your life make you question things you never thought you'd question

Whatever happened to entitlement to freedom of expression?

And for the love of God, you're not supposed to jump to conclusions by agreeing/disagreeing with every person's opinion that's shared with you. I mean, grow up?
No human is expected to agree with everybody's opinion. But respecting it is what's important.

"You will always be too much of something for someone: too big, too loud, too soft, too edgy. If you round out your edges, you lose your edge. Apologize for mistakes. Apologize for unintentionally hurting someone - profusely. But don't apologize for being who you are."
~ Have people forgotten this?
People need to be reminded of this from time to time!

When a person who's expressive all the time, but chooses to stay silent once in a while.. There is a reason behind it. You genuinely don't want to hurt the other person's sentiment and therefore, you talk when you're calmer.

I don't remember the last time I experienced so many emotions all in one day
It'll always be amusing how the human mind works and a mystery how it doesn't work at all in some gray areas
Not too sure whether I should say 'gray' really
#ThatDayWasANewLow

The point when you couldn't help but think what you'd do to make someone feel comfortable in an awkward situation where he/she doesn't know anybody in the group he/she has to stand amongst..
This is mainly because of your habit of making a conscious effort to go beyond just the obvious perspective of the other person
But, oops! Not everyone thinks like that, and not everyone wants to make that effort.
(Yes, we must try and look at the world like it's a beautiful place even when we see cruelty in different forms around us all the time.)

There's so much that's happened lately that I'm not sure where to start from, still

Why can't people learn to respect each other's opinions in general, instead of actually making the other person feel bad about their thoughts and how one processes their own?

It's so important to forget all your troubles for a little while. To stay in that bubble where everything seems okay, only until it's not.
It's important to watch your mother smile to old Hindi Bollywood music and understand the depth of momentary happiness.

"Life is a big fat gigantic stinking mess, that's the beauty of it, too."

Seriously, when will empathy go viral?
No one gives a shit about perspective
They're just absolutely okay with shoving their heads with what is told to them or for that matter, what has been known all along
Ugh, how much that pisses me off
Oblivion is one thing, and choosing to just go on about whatever it is that you've known so far, is another
You just don't have the freaking ability to make yourself want to know better
Man, learning is endless
Why on earth are so many people delusional that they've learned enough?
It makes me sad.

"So I guess we are who we are for a lot of reasons. And maybe we'll never know most of them."

And somehow, I still sense that being yourself isn't good enough. And you're not very welcomed.
Man, it's bloody sad that people don't encourage each other to be themselves.

'If I Stay'
The movie
The background music
Jamie Blackley's accent
The passion in two characters portrayed towards music
The hope
The promises made and kept
These are the kind of movies that take you into a bubble for a bit, and it's all different when you're in it.

What it says!

I think one's threshold of pain rises rather significantly when you undergo a situation you wish you hadn't dealt with all by yourself.

Why are we humans so insensitive man?
We don't give a tiny shit about the people around us. Forget making conscious efforts every now and then to actually help out a person even emotionally and be god damn perceptive about it!

Some people are the worst story tellers.
The worst part is when they're the only ones who make sure that their opinion is heard, you can't help but pull your hair apart in grief that the whole story has not just been poorly narrated to a bunch of people, but is full of baseless words.

What's the point of making the effort when you will be discouraged again? So much power in one person's hands deciding the future #Sucks

I sat in the shuttle and the first song that played was, Let Her Go
I mean, what timing!
The feeling of listening to a song you like/love, will always be different when you hear it in a moving vehicle.

So, the guaranteed way of hating a topic you genuinely liked to begin with: write 10,000 words on it. No kidding. And it sucks and is really unfair that there's so much power in one person's hands deciding the future. In short, your degree here pretty much depends on your luck of who your supervisor is. And that's it.

One can be so delusional looking at a really old picture saved in your phone, thinking, the relationship between the people in the photograph and the bond that existed at a point of time, is all still the same because that's how it's supposed to be.
But man, are we gullible or what?
I mean, I wonder how could I ever be that stupid to actually believe that things are the same and so are the closest people to you.
