Apt much?

When life just chooses differently for you.
It's like you never knew or imagined what it'd be like when the change takes place.
But then you were always with a certain group of people and the only one who left or for that matter, had to leave, was you. Yes, I do admit that it comes down to the choices one makes in life. But the underlying points are still the factors that led you to make that choice in the first place.

The thought of me leaving Mumbai after my graduation is one of the thoughts in the list that keeps coming and going. And, it is going to take a while for it to completely go, like the other thoughts that I've been working on, to get rid of.

I do not like the idea of keeping something borrowed.
Why do people assume that, just because most of the people on this planet keep borrowed things with themselves and use it as if it were theirs to own, that everyone would do that?

When you stay at a place that doesn't get you the homely feeling at all
How many ever times you've tried so far

I don't get it.
How does one not see what I see? How?

Loud music

People apparently eat a lot when they're angry
I come here when I am.

"We're all susceptible to it, the dread and anxiety of not knowing what's coming. It's pointless in the end, because all the worrying and making of the plans for things that could or could not happen, it only makes things worse. So walk your dog or take a nap. Just whatever you do, stop worrying. Because the only cure for paranoia is to be here, just as you are."

I hate it when you can't/don't end up living up to your word.. Be it to a driver..
Not because you had something to do with it but then you won't shift the blame because you don't/shouldn't do that. Aah, do the right thing...

When you're at a place for no apparent reason at all !!!
Why?

When you can't wait
Because it's that HOT

Anything in excess can get annoying. And travelling is that anything for now.

Sometimes,
I just want to have that life back that I had in Mumbai. Badly.
My bed.
My cupboard with things and I know their 'location'!
Having stayed away from home for nine years changes your way of looking at things around you in more ways than you had thought!

Mayo Food. Sunday mornings, Thursday dinners, Tuesday silent lunches...
From 'Gullus' topping the list to "Ice cream for sweet dish (not dessert, sweet dish) tonight! :D Ha!"
..Horlicks-ed milk/water ~ fudge on the bread for b'fast! (borrowed horlicks. Haha), Maggi with pizza topping and CGS a.k.a. Chilli Garlic Spread, Midnight Fudge made by experts of the dorm with Kaccha Maggi and tang to toast for birthdays!
I don't know why we even cribbed.
Plus the tea times at 4 pm where a piece of water melon made you say, "Guys, you have to see what we're getting for tea today!!" :D

How much I miss Mayo!

Looking forward to a couple of things ahead now! All very, very soon.
#AlmostRightHere

"When we're dying or have suffered a catastrophic loss, we all move through five distinct stages of grief. We go into denial because the loss is so unthinkable we can't imagine it's true. We become angry with everyone, angry with survivors, angry with ourselves. Then we bargain. We beg. We plead. We offer everything we have, we offer our souls in exchange for just one more day. When the bargaining has failed and the anger is too hard to maintain, we fall into depression, despair, until finally we have to accept that we've done everything we can. We let go. We let go and move into acceptance."

A corner of my mind : part 6

"The person that invented the phrase 'happily ever after' should have his ass kicked so hard."

Everything happens for a reason but the reason is not always good.

Other people's lives aren't as complicated as we make it in our heads. Sometimes, it's all about hearing them out. When you could just be there to listen to that person say it all out loud. It doesn't have to have an outcome or a conclusion, and it does not necessarily have to be acted upon.

The world is a man's toilet.
As a friend of mine aptly puts it in those five words, I couldn't agree more.

Doodles

The feeling/thoughts when you're sitting alone in a car for a few minutes with that silence, playing your kind of depressing songs

When you let people slip away.. By choice.

Some thoughts that one should keep to oneself. Really.

Men and chauvinism
And how they judge ~ hilarious!

Sometimes, you want to do something because it's fascinating, and the other times it's backed by more convincing reasons, but the point is, you 'want' to do it.

It's not always what it looks like and it's not always what we believe
~ I might've mentioned that so many times earlier, but it's been true for so many things, more than sometimes.

"Doesn't matter how tough we are. Trauma always leaves a scar. It follows us home, it changes our lives, trauma messes everybody up, but maybe that's the point: All the pain and the fear and the crap. Maybe going through all of that is what keeps us moving forward, it's what pushes us. Maybe we have to get a little messed up, before we can step up."
