Everything happens for a reason but the reason is not always good.
Other people's lives aren't as complicated as we make it in our heads. Sometimes, it's all about hearing them out. When you could just be there to listen to that person say it all out loud. It doesn't have to have an outcome or a conclusion, and it does not necessarily have to be acted upon.
The world is a man's toilet.
As a friend of mine aptly puts it in those five words, I couldn't agree more.

Sometimes, you want to do something because it's fascinating, and the other times it's backed by more convincing reasons, but the point is, you 'want' to do it.
It's not always what it looks like and it's not always what we believe
~ I might've mentioned that so many times earlier, but it's been true for so many things, more than sometimes.
"Doesn't matter how tough we are. Trauma always leaves a scar. It follows us home, it changes our lives, trauma messes everybody up, but maybe that's the point: All the pain and the fear and the crap. Maybe going through all of that is what keeps us moving forward, it's what pushes us. Maybe we have to get a little messed up, before we can step up."
